Sonnie Byrne, 89, died Tuesday, August 24, 2010 at Riverside Methodist Hospital. Preceded in death by husband Francis L. Byrne; parents George and Gertrude Douridas; brothers William and Anthony Douridas. Survived and loved by children Michael Byrne, Susan (Ed) Ford, Patricia Trenor, Ellen (Doug) Righter, Michele Byrne, and Sheila (Greg) Bachelor; 15 grandchildren; 31 great grandchildren; sisters-in-law Florence Douridas and Mary Douridas; many nieces, nephews, and special friends, including Edward Allen, Sherry Dunning, and Nora Land. Member, St. Matthias Parish; lifetime member of Amvets Post #89, American Legion Worthington.
