Julia Anne Morrissey, of Columbus, passed away on Thursday, September 2, 2010, at First Community Village Health Care Center. Julie had a lifelong career in the field of vocational rehabilitation. Founder and President of Med-Voc Associates, Inc. Graduate of St. Mary of the Springs Academy and the College of St. Mary of the Springs (now Ohio Dominican University). Master of Arts degree from The Ohio State University. Preceded in death by parents, Edgar and Catherine Morrissey. Survived by her brother, Michael (Rosemary) of Westerville; nieces, Colleen Morrissey of Chicago, Illinois and Krista (Matthew) Gipson of Grand Rapids, Michigan; nephew, Brian Morrissey of Columbus, Ohio; and three grandnieces, Cecilia, Alaina and Darcy Gipson. Mass of Resurrection will be celebrated at 10:30 a.m. on Monday, September 6, 2010, at St. Elizabeth Catholic Church, 6077 Sharon Woods Blvd., Columbus, Ohio 43229.
