Frank R. Nairn, 92, died Monday, March 9, 2009 at Sunrise of Bexley. Preceded in death by wife of 49 years June Lee Brown Nairn, parents John C. and Martha P. Nairn, brothers Robert, John and James Nairn. Survived by son, Richard Brown Nairn; cousins, Harold and Harry Nairn; nieces, Mary Alice Nairn Hardison and Donna Nairn Smith; nephew, David Nairn; numerous cousins, great-nieces and nephews. Army veteran, 404th Field Artillery during WWII and 37th Div. Korea. Then served in Ohio Army National Guard until June 1974, attaining the rank of Lieutenent Colonel. Bachelor of Science, OSU College of Business, 1941, Juris doctor,OSU College of Law, 1948. Attorney for Columbus Transit Co. (now COTA). Founding member, Capital Club. Member, Guild Athletic Club, Germania Singing and Sport Society and St. Stephen the Martyr parish, former member of Baypoint Yacht Club. The family will receive friends at 405 E.
