Catherine Redmond Morrissey, 98, died Monday, October 19, 2009, at Mount Carmel/St. Ann's Hospital, Westerville. Preceded in death by husband Edgar, brothers Fr. Francis Redmond, O.P., Charles, George, Larry, and Jack Redmond, sisters Mary Bergin, and Blanche Arthur. Survived by children, Julia Morrissey, Michael (Rosemary) Morrissey; sisters, Florence Douridas, and Ruth Dattalo; grandchildren, Colleen Morrissey, Krista (Matthew) Gipson, Brian Morrissey; three great-granddaughters, Cecilia, Alaina, and Darcy Gipson. The family will receive friends from 1-2 p.m. Saturday, October 24 at St. Mary's Catholic Church, 82 E. William St., Delaware. Funeral Mass at 2 p.m. Rev. Fr. James Black, Presider.
