Carina Chantel Neuvirth, 25, died Wednesday, February 3, 2010, at the Ohio State University Medical Center. Survived by best friend and former husband, Jason Ward, father of her two children, Kitonna and Paisley Ward; parents, Veronica (Charles) Moore and William (Shay) Anthony; brothers, Caleb, Matthew and Bready Moore; aunt and uncle, Robert and Marie Rohan; cousins, Darren and Jeanine Rohan.
